Project Description: We require a quote along with time frames for the following works to be carried out at Grenville Mansions, 40-41 Hunter Street, London, WC1N 1BG: 1. Introduction/top-up (as necessary) of inhibiter agent into the heating system in a way that reduces the risk of consequent leaks in the network of pipes. 2. Replacement of the attic tank above Flat 10 together with the fitting of a stop cock for it and its 'sister' tank above Flat 9. 3. Ftting of stop cocks in the boiler room as advised by the contractor 4. Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the heating/hot water system through the following measures (if corroborated by the contractor): a. Installation of separate controls for the heating and hot water; b. Repair of the boiler controls and/or the installation of a thermostatic monitor on the hot water cylinder in the boiler room; c. Lagging of pipework as advised by the contractor. These works to be completed with a keen eye on minimising the attendent costs - but in a manner that is still compatible with an effective solution. Recommended by the contractor of further works, such as a larger pump should be indicated and priced as additional costs and included as options with brief explainantion provided to substantial, immediate and beneficial impact on the gas bill. If you believe certain elements above are not necessary they please explain why. Quotes to be broken down to each element listed above and to be provided with earliest start date, payment schedules required (with deposit if required) and completion time frames. Please also indicate the areas you would require access to so that this can be arranged prior to the appointment. Further works in the future may include replacement of this communal boiler to installation of individual boilers to each of the 10 apartments, you are welcome to quote for this as a separate quote if you wish but please do let me know your pre-requists for viewing so that I may arrange appropraite access prior to appointment.
