Project Description: I have had a bad experience with a builder who simply has not finished the work he promised to do and has started another job. The outstanding tasks are: 1. a small amount of tiling and grouting in the bathroom; 2. installation of a sink unit (and plumbing it) in the bathroom; 3. sealing around the bath and sink; 4. plumbing the toilet; 5. procuring and installing 4 spot lights in the bathroom (holes already cut); 6. painting (with water resistant paint) the ceiling in the bathroom; 7. installing a heated towel rail in the bathroom; 8. a small amount of tiling and grouting in the kitchen; 9. obtaining a CORGI certificate for a boiler; 10. obtaining an electrical certificate for the new circuit board; 11. installing a metal casing around vent above the range hood in kitchen; 12. a small amount of carpentry work in the bedroom to tidy up a new cupboard; 13. some basic tidying up of a wall in readiness for painting; 14. procuring and installing an extractor fan in the bathroom ceiling; 15. installing a bathroom mirror cabinet on the wall in the bathroom (on tiling); 16. doing some sealant work around the kitchen bench surface. There may be some other incidental stuff but those are the main areas outstanding. Look forward to hearing from a builder who can do all this, this easter if possible?

Project Description: My bathroom, approx 2.5 sq metres currently has ceramic tiles, these need to taken up and replaced with latimated tiles (4 tiles per strip) which slot together, no grouting or adhesive is needed. I have also purchased waterproof underlay. The bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet. Ideally I am looking for the work to be done at the weekend.
